Refund Policy

Cancellation of Orders

You’re welcome to cancel your order before it’s shipped, and we’ll issue a full refund—no questions asked. However, once your order has left our warehouse, cancellations are no longer possible.

General Return Policy

At Fitdogo, we want you to love your treadmill! If you’re not completely satisfied, simply reach out to our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your product. You can request a return, refund, or replacement. Please note: shipping, freight, and service fees (if any) are non-refundable.

To qualify for a return:

  • The treadmill must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The original packaging is required for returns.

Important: If the packaging is damaged, a 20% restocking fee may apply, which will be deducted from your refund. To start the return process, ship the item back to the address we provide. For details, email us at support@fitdogo.com. Please note that this return policy does not cover product defects or shipping damage.

Partial Refunds

In certain cases, partial refunds may be issued:

  • If the returned product is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts due to reasons unrelated to Fitdogo.

If your return is approved, you’ll receive the shipping details via email. Please note, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Warranty and Defects

We thoroughly inspect every treadmill to ensure it meets the highest quality standards. If your treadmill has defects based on its technical specifications or is damaged during shipping, we’ve got you covered:

  • Free replacements: For defective or transportation-damaged items.
  • One-year parts replacement warranty: Available for added peace of mind.

Our warranty-related return policy is valid for 30 days after purchase. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

To file a warranty claim:

  • Email support@fitdogo.com with a detailed explanation of the issue, including photos or videos, and your order number.
  • Once approved, you’ll receive either a full refund or a replacement, with shipping costs covered by us.

How to Return Your Treadmill

We aim to make returns as smooth as possible. Once we receive your return request, it will be processed within 1–3 business days. After we receive the returned treadmill, you’ll get your refund or replacement within 1–3 business days.

Steps for Returns:

  1. Contact your local post office for the return shipping fee.
  2. Use the most affordable registered airmail option available.
  3. Ship the item back in its original condition and packaging.
  4. The return address will be provided via email after submitting your request.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you’ve returned a product but haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time for the refund to post.
  3. Check with your bank about their processing timeline.

Special Notes on Refunds

  • Custom or personalized items: These are not eligible for the 30-day refund policy.
  • Consumer-initiated returns: You’ll be responsible for the return shipping fee. The exact cost depends on the courier you choose.
  • Fitdogo errors: If the product arrives damaged or incorrect due to our mistake, we’ll cover the shipping fee for the return.
